The usual rundown:
- mama, dada, yaya, papa, bye-bye, hi, paci, blanki, puppy, doggy, baby, phone, no, soft, shoes, fishies, uh-oh
- Side? = Outside?!
- Mah = for 'more' but will say this even if she hasn't had a 1st bite yet.
- No-knee = nose
- eyes
- toes
- mouf = mouth
- Bah-dee = belly button
- hair
- ears & earring
- cack = cat
- MEOW (caps for yelling or loud cat voice)
- fi-yah = fire
- sssss = kisses
- GAAAAAHH = God
- zee-zah = Jesus
- chips = shouldn't have taught her this one! When she says it, it comes much different! It would be a category 2 or 3 word according to Missy.
- Dake-du = Thank you
- Trees = Broccoli
- cookie
Unique phrases or gestures:
- Bye-bye fi-yah = when I blow out the candle
- NAH-NAH-NAH-NAH-NAH! = telling the cats 'No!' in a high pitched voice whilst shaking a finger high in the air.
Love & blessings,
N.
WELL, SHE SOUNDS LIKE A GENIUS TO ME! ERICA IS FINE, THANKS FOR ASKING.
ReplyDeleteWow, you have a little chatterbox on your hands! "They" (whoever that is) say girls talk earlier than boys; that is definitely the case at our house. I can tell you that she is almost caught up to Tyson! (who is much older....) but he's on the slower side with his speech (will start speech therapy this week in fact). LOVE the pumpkin pics, what a cutie!
ReplyDeleteAwesome!! Shep used to make 'sock' into a very naughty word - we, um, have the videotapes to prove it.
ReplyDeletethat was Missy, not Walker, btw
